Refund policy

Our No-Questions-Asked Guarantee

Every box is built by hand by me and my sons in our shop in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. If you're not happy with the box we made for you, we didn't do our job. Let us know within 60 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund your order, no questions asked. That includes custom engraved boxes.

How to start. Email mick@thedesigncraftstudio.com (or text 615-337-0891) with your order number and tell us whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.

Sending it back. Return postage is paid by the customer. Please mail returns to: The Designcraft Studio, 212 Sierra Dr., Murfreesboro, TN 37129, United States.

Refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and we'll email you when it's done.

Damaged in shipping? Email us a photo of the damage. Keep the damaged box (consider it fancy firewood) and we'll send you a new one.

Engraving proofs. Every engraving gets an emailed proof first, with unlimited revisions until it's right. If we don't hear back within 7 days of sending your proof, we'll cancel the order and refund you.

Cancellations. You can cancel any time before your box ships. After it ships, this guarantee has you covered.
